Returns & Guarantee
What if I don't like it?
You have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund, for any reason at all. No restocking fee, no interrogation, no need to justify yourself.
The window starts the day it arrives, not the day you order — so the 6–8 week build time never eats into your 30 days.
Can I cancel my order?
No. Because every unit is manufactured specifically for your order, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Your order enters the production queue immediately and materials are committed against it.
You are not stuck with something you don't want, though — that is exactly what the 30-day guarantee is for. You simply exercise it after the item is delivered rather than before.
I entered the wrong address. Can you fix it?
Yes. Email starboyclocks@outlook.com with your order number and the correct address as soon as you can. We can update it any time before dispatch. Once a package has left the facility we cannot reroute it.
How do I start a return?
Email starboyclocks@outlook.com with your order number. We reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions. Once it is back with us and checked over, your refund goes to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we cover it.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the damage, and a photo of the shipping box. We ship a replacement free and you do not need to send the damaged one back. This sits alongside the 30-day guarantee — it does not replace it.
My package hasn't moved in weeks.
If tracking shows no movement for 15 consecutive days, contact us. We will open a carrier investigation and reship at our cost where the carrier confirms loss.
Ordering & Delivery
When will my order actually arrive?
Every Starboy Alarm Clock is made to order. Production takes 6–8 weeks, then international shipping adds 6–10 business days. Realistically you are looking at 7–10 weeks from the day you order. We would rather tell you that up front than surprise you later.
Why is it a pre-order and not in stock?
Because we run small batches. Holding warehouse stock on a hand-finished piece means either charging double or cutting corners on the paint work. We do neither. You order, we make it, it ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Free worldwide shipping on every order, with full tracking. Customs duties or import taxes in your country are not included in your order total and are the recipient's responsibility.
How do I track my order?
You get a confirmation email immediately, then a second email with tracking as soon as your unit leaves production. Allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking to start updating.
The Product
How big is it?
8.7 inches / 22 cm tall including the base, on a 4.3 x 2.8 inch footprint. It weighs about 1.4 lb / 640 g. It has real heft — it is not a hollow toy.
What is it made of?
The figurine is hand-painted polyresin. The base is matte ABS with a red LED display and a speaker grille.
Is the alarm loud enough to actually wake me up?
Yes. Built-in speaker with adjustable volume, dual alarm settings, and a proper top-mounted snooze. You can set your own tone rather than being stuck with a beep.
Will the LED keep me awake at night?
No. Four brightness levels. On the lowest setting it is barely a glow — readable if you look at it, invisible if you are trying to sleep.
How is it powered?
USB-C, cable included. A CR2032 backup battery keeps your alarm settings through a power cut.
Is it safe for kids?
It is a collector's display piece, not a toy. We recommend 14+ due to small and fragile sculpted parts. Keep away from moisture and direct heat.
Why does mine look slightly different from the photos?
Each figurine is finished by hand, so minor variation in the paint work is expected and normal. It is a characteristic of the product, not a defect.

Is this an official licensed product?
No. Starboy Clocks is an independent design studio. This is an original collectible sculpture inspired by contemporary R&B and stage-performance aesthetics. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed from any recording artist, label, or management company.
Will there be more designs?
Yes. The Starboy is the first piece in the line. More are in development.
