Certain products are available exclusively online through this website. These products are produced in limited quantities and are subject to availability.

We have made every effort to display product colors and finishes as accurately as possible. Because each figurine is hand-painted, minor variation between units is expected and is a characteristic of the product, not a defect.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer, and to discontinue any product at any time.

Pre-Order Terms

Products listed as pre-order are manufactured after your order is placed. Estimated delivery windows are provided in good faith based on current production capacity and are estimates, not guarantees. By placing a pre-order you acknowledge the production timeline stated on the product page and in our Shipping Policy.

Because each unit is manufactured specifically for your order, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. All customer remedy is handled after delivery.

Pre-order status does not affect your return rights. Every order — pre-order or otherwise — carries the full 30-day money-back guarantee described in our Refund Policy, running from the date of delivery.

Returns

Pricing

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service without notice at any time.

Starboy Clocks is an independent design studio. Our products are original collectible sculptures inspired by contemporary R&B and stage-performance aesthetics. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed from any recording artist, label, management company, or rights holder. Any resemblance to a specific individual is not intended as an endorsement or official product.
